Usage is billed separately, at cost
Email, SMS and AI conversation usage are rebilled to your account as you use them. Most single-property hosts spend $10 to $30 a month. You can see exactly what you have used at any time, and you can set a spending cap.

Questions
Do I have to leave Airbnb?
No, and we do not recommend it. Keep listing wherever you want. HostRev makes sure the guests you have already earned — repeat visitors, referrals, people who find you on Google — book with you directly instead of costing you a platform fee every time.
Who processes the payments?
You do. You connect your own Stripe account and guest payments go directly to you. HostRev never holds your money.
What happens when someone requests a booking?
You get a text. You confirm those dates are open on your other calendars, reply yes, and the booking confirms and the card is charged. If you do not respond, the request expires and the guest's card is released. Nothing books without you saying so. See the full walkthrough in how it works.
Do you file my taxes?
No. We calculate what you owe on every booking, keep your local rates current, remind you before deadlines, and produce a report your accountant can file from. Filing stays with you.
Do you provide a rental agreement?
No — you supply your own, and we deliver and e-sign it as part of every booking. We can refer you to a short-term rental attorney if you need one drafted.
What if I have more than one property?
Additional properties are $25 a month on Light and $39 a month on Plus. Luxe is quoted based on your setup.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.
